Agustin Capriati completed her MSc at Wageningen University and Research, the Netherlands. She is a young conservationist at the beginning of her career. In 2011-2014, she was delegated by Brawijaya University (Indonesia) to enhance and stimulate local community in order to cooperate and create Marine Protected Area in Malang, Indonesia. In the following, she has conducted zoning plan for a coastal area in East Java focusing on conservation area for her Bachelor thesis in 2014. She also joined a team to initiate conservation program namely “a coral nanny“, a coral reef rehabilitation program in Banyuwangi, Indonesia. Capriati was a member of program committee at Aquaculture and Marine Resources Management department of the Wageningen University and Research. As a graduate student in the Marine Animal Ecology group, She works on conservation studies and focuses on the benthic community and community composition.
