We have six different mangrove habitats to be surveyed both for benthic and fish communities. I have recorded a video where fisherman catch fish by using a trammel nets, a passive fishing gear which operated in water column and designed in order fish entering through the outer meshed and entangled in the middle meshed.
Even though it’s raining we are still sampling and here’s one of our sampling sites. Both side of this channel were dominated by Rhizopora mucronata and Avicennia marina.
